Golden-crusted cornbread baked in cast-iron skillets in our hearth oven. Freshly milled cornmeal from Farm & Sparrow in Asheville, buttermilk, farm-fresh eggs from our local hens, and little bit of Benton’s bacon fat, if you like! Our cornbread is gluten-free, and can be made vegetarian, but not vegan.
We don’t mind if you buy the cornbread just to crumble it up for your dressing!
