They are slowly braised to perfection with Benton’s bacon from Madisonville, TN and glazed with a touch of sweet apple cider from Barber Orchards in Waynesville. Greens are naturally gluten-free and can be made vegan with Spicewalla smoked paprika from Asheville instead of bacon.
