In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn simple techniques to turn basic ingredients into 3 different kinds of fresh noodles: cavatelli, fettuccine, and ravioli!
Registration is $50 per person, and includes all equipment and ingredients.

Why does this workshop cost $50? Several reasons:
~ This is a 4-hour workshop and we pay our facilitators a fair hourly wage!
~ All materials and ingredients are included!
~ We purchase fresh, local ingredients directly from local growers!
~ We're a nonprofit, but we still have bills to pay! A portion of the registration costs are put toward our operating expenses (rent, utilities, etc) and continued community programming like this workshop!
